With the rotation of Curious Obsession it seems that Mono-Blue Tempo was dead (hooray!) Well, somehow the counterspell tribal deck has managed to adapt and survive in Throne of Eldraine Standard.
The bannings will weaken Izzet but Izzet has so many good cards that I think it'll still be a top tier deck thanks to efficient answers like Into the Floodmaw and powerhouses like Proft's Eidetic Memory!
