Commander Clash S6 E21: More Modern Horizons! (Ayula vs. Hogaak vs. Kess vs. Pashalik)
Welcome back to Commander Clash! We're back with more Modern Horizons goodness, building around four more of the legendary creatures in the set! Here's what we've got:
- Crim returns to his Grixis Wizards roots, this time slinging spells from hand and graveyard with Kess, Dissident Mage
- Richard tries to solve all his problems by throwing enough Goblins at them with the help of Pashalik Mons
- Seth takes his Modern frustrations out on his Commander playgroup, showing off the value of Hogaak, Arisen Necropolis
- Tomer mauls his opponents with a clawsome budget Bear Tribal deck, getting that honey for his queen, Ayula, Queen Among Bears

Two years ago, we did a special Sliver episode. We added special rules to make sure the episode was stupid and dumb and wrong. It ... worked? And despite being an exhausting, grueling game, it's one of our most popular episodes of all time. If you haven't watched the episode, or it's been a long time, this is a picture from it:
Since Slivers are a thing again in Modern Horizons, and we just got a new commander, The First Sliver, we decided to do Sliver Mayhem Part 2. Because we're masochists, apparently. These are the rules:
- The First Sliver is our commander
- No tutors
- Minimum 50 Slivers per deck
