Commander Clash S5 E17: Mono Red Week! (Grenzo vs. Hidetsugu vs. Norin vs. Ramos)
Welcome back to Commander Clash! A couple weeks back we had Mono White week, where each of us built a Mono White deck to showcase a bunch of different ways the color can be built. We loved the concept so we've decided to do the entire color cycle, with this week being Mono Red week!
Richard couldn't make this recording or the next one, so Tom was gracious enough to take the role of Richard's avatar once more! Let's see what we picked:
- Seth just wants to watch the world burn this week, looking to chunk down everyone's life total to zero with Heartless Hidetsugu
- Tom takes a unique approach to Mono Red week, running a Red Devotion deck full of hybrid cards to power out chroma/devotion payoffs with Ramos, Dragon Engine
- Tomer sends his army of Goblins to raid and pillage his opponent's decks for sweet spells to cast with Grenzo, Havoc Raiser
- Vincent cautiously enters the battlefield with a Blink/Tokens list powered by the unassuming Norin the Wary
Red decks aren't known for taking things slow, so let's see how quick the games are when four of them are at the table!
