War of the Spark: Top 10 Modern Cards

With prerelease in the books and the official set release happening on Friday, it's time to consider the constructed ramifications of War of the Spark. Over the next few days, we'll be looking at the set from the perspective of Standard, Modern and Limited by discussing the top ten cards for each format. A couple of days ago Crim and I talked Standard. Today we have Modern, as Richard joins me to break down the set. Which War of the Spark cards will sizzle and which will fizzle in Modern?
