Possibility Storm: Between-Season Special #1

Hello, puzzlers! We are flipping the script on you. This week, you must figure out how to survive and stump our opponent. The change of viewpoint is interesting because half of our Patrons found this harder than expected and the other half found it incredibly easy. The change of viewpoint shouldn't actually matter as the cards are all the same, but being in the defensive causes you to use a different part of your brain. This is covered in-depth by Maro favorite "A Whack on the Side of the Head" (I actually got Maro to sign my copy—nerd cred). So, remember to see all the variables here, and don't get distracted by the upside-down board.

These puzzles are free to play, but if you like to challenge yourself or others, then you can get early access over on the Possibility Storm Patreon. Each puzzle has a unique solution, but if you find a better one that our crack staff of puzzle analysts missed, you can reach us on our Facebook or on Twitter @mtgpuzzles. Good luck!

Against the Odds: Red Deck Wins...By Not Letting You Play (Timeless)

Mono-Red Prison is my all time favorite deck, but it's not very good in Modern anymore. The good news is that some new additions mean it's time to teach Arena zoomers about the archetype in Timeless!
