Modern Mayhem: Glimpse of a Dragon-God
Gameplan
Nicol Bolas, Planeswalker and Nicol Bolas, God-Pharoah aren't exactly the easiest to cast spells in Modern for obvious reasons but luckily for us, we can always look towards tomorrow.
Now, Glimpse of Tomorrow decks are normally cheating out a ton of elementals but we're looking to cheat out our favorite planeswalker in the multiverse, Nicol Bolas. Its yielded results for INIESTAT0RMTG who was able to go for a trophy on MTGO. This deck is a work of art and is exactly what modern needs, a Dragon God.
Conclusion
The deck is hilarious when it goes off as there are definitely better things to cheat onto the board but why would we do that when we could annihilate the world of modern with Nicol Bolas? It's even sweeter when Nicol Bolas, Dragon-God can copy any of the other Bolas abilities. The deck can be extremely inconsistent as sometimes casting Glimpse of Tomorrow will often leave us in a worse place than we were before but its a deck that scratches that itch and is a blast the whole time. Definitely take the deck out for fun and if you don't have the cards for it, be sure to go to cardhoarder and check out their MTGO rental program!
