Instant Deck Tech time! It's Wildcard Wednesday, and today's list certainly fits the bill. It starts off like a fairly typical Mono-Blue Devotion list, looking to flood the board with blue mana symbols and then win with Master of Waves, but suddenly veers off course into the land of Mindslavers and Wurmcoil Engines. It's Mono-Blue Artifact Devotion!
