Mystery Booster 2 Spoilers — August 5 | Mystery Booster 2 Announced!

This weekend, we got a surprise announcement of a sequel to Mystery Boosters, that'll be rolled out at Conventions. The first event was at GenCon, but the proper debut will be at Magiccon Vegas later this year! Most of the set is reprints reusing the original set symbol and frame, but Mystery Booster 2 has more tricks ups its sleeves. Beyond Playtest cards that aren't legal in constructed like the first set, it also features reprints in white border and using the Futureshifted frame premiered in Future Sight! Furthermore, some of the reprints are of cards that were previously never available in paper, either from Arena's tutorial, the Dreamcast video game, or using art and/or set symbols for Magic Online-exlusive reprint sets!
