Modern is Broken. Can It Be Fixed?

A few days ago AspiringSpike - one of the players whose opinion about Modern I respect the most - posted a video titled Modern Problems, Modern Solutions sharing some thoughts about the state of Modern and how Wizards can potentially fix the format. As you probably know, Modern has long been my favorite format, but since Modern Horizons 3 I've fallen out of love with Modern. Let's check out Spike's video and delve into what, if anything, can be done to solve Modern problem.
